Marketing Strategy and Planning



Whether you work online or offline, and ideally you’ll do both, understanding your customers, what they need from you and where to find them is core to your Marketing Strategy. We will work with you to develop a Marketing Plan that starts by making sure you (and we!) thoroughly understand who you are talking to, and why and leads on to a detailed plan of specific actions for at least the next few months.

We’ll review what you have done before, who you think your audience might be and who it actually is.  By examining analytics and insights from your online marketing, talking to your customers and staff, finding out how successful past activities have been and looking into your competitors, we’ll identify what does and does not work about your current activity, and what you would be well advised to add or remove from your marketing mix.

Our final plan will include full details of how each activity will be monitored and measured, as well as clearly outlining responsibilities, costs and timing. Finally we can help you implement your plan – running the activity for you or training you up. Alternatively some clients just like us to keep in touch and make sure they are keeping to their plan!
